Professional Returns & After-Sales Service (RMA Pro) Conditions
This policy governs the conditions for returning products and after-sales service (ASS) applied by Gust Care Pro , exclusively within the framework of B2B sales made on the website www.gustcarepro.com .
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply only to business customers .
No right of withdrawal provided for by law for individual consumers applies here.
2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure
All product returns must be subject to prior authorization (RMA).
The procedure is as follows:

The Customer shall notify Gust Care Pro at info@gustcarepro.com within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

The Client describes the problem encountered (defect observed, non-conforming product, preparation error, etc.), with supporting photos if necessary.

Gust Care Pro assigns an RMA number and communicates return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without a previously validated RMA number.
3. Conditions for accepting returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Product delivered does not conform to the confirmed order.

Error attributable to Gust Care Pro (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exclusions:

Products that have been used, opened or whose original packaging is damaged.

Products customized or made to specific request.

Products returned after the deadline or without RMA.
4. Return costs

In the event of an error or proven defect attributable to Gust Care Pro: the return costs are covered by Gust Care Pro.

In other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
5. After-Sales Service (ASS)
After receiving and verifying the returned products:

Gust Care Pro can proceed with the replacement , repair , or issuance of a credit note equivalent to the value of the products concerned.

A direct refund can only be made after prior agreement and only in cases where replacement or credit is not possible.
6. Processing times

Product verification: within 5 working days after receipt.

Replacement or issuance of a credit note/refund: within 14 working days after validation of the return.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gust Care Pro's responsibility is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of the products concerned.
No additional compensation (loss of business, lost profits, etc.) can be claimed.
